We are a referral service
Brea Water Heater Co. is a referral service. When you call the number on this site, a person asks a few questions about your water heater and connects you with an independent local plumbing professional. We do not perform water heater work ourselves, and we do not employ the professionals we connect you with.
We may be compensated
This site may be compensated by the independent professionals it connects you with, for connecting calls. That compensation is part of how the site is funded. The price you are quoted is set by the professional, and you hear it, along with your options, before any work begins.
Work is done by independent contractors
The professional who comes to your home is an independent contractor. They decide how the work is done, they are responsible for it, and any agreement for work is between you and them. Our terms explain this in more detail.
What this means for you
- You can ask the professional any question about their work, their price and how any workmanship guarantee applies.
- You are never required to accept an offer, and you can decline and look elsewhere.
- The information on this site is general, and it is not a substitute for an assessment of your own heater.
